Shipping & Delivery

Currently, Aester & Pearl only sells items in Australia and New Zealand. All orders will be shipped with Australia Post and dispatched within 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Tracking details for your order will be sent to you via email or SMS.

The shipping options available are as follows:

Australian Shipping

• Standard Shipping for orders equal to or over $35:

  • Free

• Standard Shipping for orders under $35:

  • $8 AUD flate rate fee

• Express Shipping for all orders:

  • $12 AUD flate rate fee

New Zealand Shipping

• Standard International Shipping for orders equal to or over $35:

  • Free

• Standard International Shipping for orders under $35:

  • $10 AUD flate rate fee

• Australia Post Express International Shipping for all orders:

  • $14 AUD flate rate fee

Please note that, as a customer, it is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping information. Aester & Pearl cannot be held responsible for any lost or return-to-sender packages because of incorrect shipping information or failure to collect your package from your local post office. As soon as your order is dispatched, the responsibility of its delivery is entrusted to Australia Post.

If you would like your lost package to be re-sent, a postage payment fee will be needed from you. If not, store credit will be issued to you for the purchased item.
